Richmond & Kew Quilters

We are a group of around 20 quilters of mixed ages and abilities who share a love of making things with textiles.

 

We meet once a month in Kew on the second Monday evening of the month. Meetings follow a format of either visiting speakers, mini workshops or stitch and natter evenings. We aim to bring interesting speakers to the group, sometimes prominent quilters, so it is worth checking to see what's coming up on the programme, which you can find under the 'Meeting Info' button above.

 

We welcome show and tell at the start of the meetings. Members can share their latest projects, or ask for advice if they are stuck.

Non-members are very welcome to visit.  There will be no charge for you to come along to your first meeting, after that meetings are offered at £10 each.   Tea and coffee are provided. 

 

If you would like to become a member then you can enrol at one of the Monday meetings.

The annual subscription (January to December) is £30 per person with an attendance fee of £5 for each of the 11 monthly meetings.   

Alternatively a discount package subscription of £75 is offered to a member paying for a year’s meetings in advance (equal to the annual subscription and attending 9 meetings). 

 

BACS and electronic payments are encouraged

All attendees may be changed extra if a speaker has been arranged – this is to cover the cost of the speaker; and advance notice will be given

We meet at St Winefride's Church Hall, Leyborne Park, Kew, TW9 3HB, from 7.30 - 9.30 pm on the second Monday of the month.
